My week-end's been pretty busy. how about you all? I went to see
this at the movies, it's not for the faint-hearted, and despite a couple of graphic scenes, it was absolute genious. I hope it gets its deserved Oscar prize. Between that and others things, I simply haven't had the energy to start work on my "it bag". There's light at the end of the tunnel, though, with a few days off next week...hurrah!!
Now, onto serious business. Atina's asking us what our favourites handmades are, and for me there is just no other possibility than the lovely "doudous", made with love by frenchie
Bliss Cocotte. A "doudou" is the French equivalent of a safety blanket (I think) for kids. You know, the soft toy or piece of fabric you never ever could sleep without.
I just love the way they look! What do you think?
Georges the cat has to be the best, with his pair of pants still on, no? If you like the thread, feel free to pass it around.
Atina will be glad, she's just started her blog, so go pay her a visit soon, she's a talented newcomer on the blog scene.
